Allison is a self-taught chef with a passion for family friendly food, mostly to convince her own three kids that home-cooked food can be just as good as eating from a drive through. After doing a round of Whole 30 in 2015, Allison also discovered a passion for reimagining traditional recipes for those with food restrictions and has put that into practice on a personal level ever since. In 2021, Allison took a job in a commercial kitchen in order to gain food and beverage experience and learn to prepare food in large quantities.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Laurie has worked in the restaurant industry for over 28 years in three cities and for eight restaurants.\u00a0 She has spent the last 17 years as a restaurant manager and the last three as a general manager as well.\u00a0 She brings such a wealth of experience and quality to MJ3.\u00a0 A mother of three, she also has a graduate degree counseling with specific courses in child development and nutrition.\u00a0 She uses her combined experience to assure that the dishes she creates are healthy, wholesome, and restaurant quality.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Considered our “chef-in training”, Leslie brings a unique skill set to the MJ3 table.\u00a0 Also, a mother of three, she is the nerd behind the webpages, excel spread sheets, and efficiency tables.\u00a0 Leslie has her PhD in Engineering and has fifteen plus years of experience in research and development and management in fortune 500 companies.\u00a0 However, in late 2023, she stepped away from corporate America to become an entrepreneur.\u00a0 MJ3 is one of three small businesses she has started.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
